Episode 22

Chi Mummy, Zinna, Grace and Sofia entered the ward where Shalewa was admitted in.

A smile escaped Shalewa’s lips when she saw them

“Am so happy you are awake ma” said Grace

“Am more happy that I am still alive” said Shalewa

“Thank God you are alive because if not, I wouldn’t be able to stop myself from feeling the guilt of your death” said Grace

“Why will you feel guilty?” Asked Shalewa

“As a owner of a boutique, I was suppose to provide maximum security for all of my customers but I didn’t and I am very sure with what had happened today, you won’t want to patronize us anymore since we can’t secure your life inside the boutique” said Grace

After Grace made her last statement, Shalewa was able to figure out that Grace was more worried and afraid that she will stop patronizing them.

“You are right when you said I won’t be patronizing you guys but guess what?” Asked Shalewa

“Please just tell me. Am very terrible when it comes to guessing” said Grace with a heavy heart

“Am still going to continue patronizing your boutique because after I was shot, you guys didn’t run away or even find a way to hide my body so that you guys won’t be implicated but instead you ladies brought me to the hospital” said Shalewa

“Wow! Thanks ma’am. We really do appreciate it” said Sofia for the first time

Grace checked her time and ssw that it was already past 9pm so she decided to leave with Sofia.

After Grace and Sofia were gone, Shalewa turned are met Chi mummy and Zinna’s staring at her

“Why are you two staring at me as if you have never seen me before?” Asked Shalewa

“You know why and you better start talking” said Zinna

“Believe me when I said I don’t know because if I know why, I wouldn’t have asked you” said Shalewa

“Shalewa who shot you?” Asked Zinna

“I really don’t know Zinna because I only heard a voice before I could turn to see who the person is, he has already shot me so I don’t know who he is” said Shalewa

“How do you know the person is a he not a she when you claim not to have seen his face?” Asked Zinna

“Even without seeing his face, the voice I heard behind me sounds like a guy’s voice that’s how I knew the person that shot me is a he” lied Shalewa

“Something deep down inside of me is telling me that you are lying to us” said Zinna

“Why will I want to lie to you?” Asked Shalewa as if she doesn’t know why

“I don’t know too” said Zinna

Chi mummy who has been quite since they entered the ward decided to speak up

“Shalewa” called Chi mummy

“Yes chi mummy” said Shalewa

“I know that I have only gotten to know you some months ago and for that little time I have known you, I have been able to tell when you are lying and right now, you are lying. We are like a family and if you don’t tell us who tried to kill you then how can we help you hunt him down?” Asked Chi mummy

After Chi mummy’s question, Shalewa decided to tell them the truth concerning the person who just her and she went further to explain to them how it all started.

When she was through with her explanation, Zinna was the first to speak up

“You mean this Alo kiss kiss is the reason you came back to the city?” Asked Zinna

“Yes he is but this time around am not going to run but kill him instead” said Shalewa

“And we will help you to archive that because anybody that messes with you, has equally messes with us” said Chi mummy with full confidence

“Thanks Chi mummy and I am glad to have people like you in my life” said Shalewa

Alo kiss kiss was in his house drinking, dancing and listening to music all by himself. He was really happy that he had finally shot Shalewa.

He said to himself “that little girl that call herself Shalewa thinks she has been able to escape me by leaving the village little did she knows that I am everywhere. Now I can now sleep in peace since the whole member of Joala’s team is dead”

If only he knew that the Shalewa he shot is far different from the one that ran away from tthat ran away from the village.

ONE WEEK LATER

Shalewa has been discharge from the the hospital since she has fully recover.
Shalewa decided to go and meet with Val but this time around she was going out fully prepare should in case she met with Alo kiss kiss

    Her father's spirit is still following her, she's been escaping death. Good for her. Lol
