Damian: luke you are awake!!! He said smiling.
Ricky: hey big bro, he said with a smile.
Dera: i thought you said he was still unconscious she said in low tune to damian, not realizing the 3rd party heard it.
Me: scoffed as i looked side ways great she still wished i was unconscious.
Dera: damian whispered back a few words to her, lucas good to know you are alright.
Me: i turned to ricky, why is she here??
Ricky: relax man she came to see you. My gaze were still fixed on him, he got the message immediately. Uhmmm i think…….the words were still in his mouth.
Dera: you need not say it, i actually understand, i shouldnt have come in the first place. She said storming out angrily.
Damian: dera!!! Come on wait up he doesnt mean that, she was long gone. He turned back to lucas, you really are a piece of crap!!! He said as he went after her immediately.
Ricky: nice way to treat a guess!! He said sarcastically.
Me: yeah, i did feel bad alittle……but i said nothing
Sophia: am back who missed me!! She asked but got no response, uhmmm is anything wrong guys???
Ricky: uhmm i think you should ask mr. Perfect, thank God you are here. Am off, and luke you have an apology to do.
Sophia: uhmm luke you mind telling me what happened?
Me: is that lassanya!!!!! I asked smiling.
Sophia: looking at me in a weird way yup she said handing it over.
Me: thanks soph smiling abit.
Sophia: you know luke back then when we were kids i had a crush on you she said smiling.
Me: smile# and now??
Sophia: you are cuter, taller, smarter and calmer.
Me: smiles#
Sophia: i really dont want to judge you based on what people say but uhmm i saw the angry lady and damian and then ricky, thats enough evidence.
Me: what are you getting at.
Sophia: the guy i knew back then was tactful, nice and polite, he smiled alot that was the guy i had crush on, you are rather resentful, impolite and worst of all a grudge keeper.
Me: didnt see that coming my mouth opened wild in shock, great, that is where all this are leading you just wanna crucify me.
Sophia: call it anything luke, just at the end of the day your gonna look back only to find out your standing alone, nothing could be worst than that. She said as she left immediately.
Me: i watched her leave i tried calling her back but no words came out of my mouth, i think i lost my apetite too. But why is she being rude, have never been hard on her i wondered. I laid down to sleep her words kept on ringing in my head, and it was really getting to me.
Me: am not any of those things you said to me!!!!!! I just wanna see my mum, am not interested in having anyone of you behind me, as long as am away from momma i dont wanna be fine!!! I yelled so loud as i sobbed.
The nurses quickly rushed in, trying to keep me calm.
Me: just leave me alone!!!! I dont care what she…….i was about saying when i felt a sharp pain pierce my left arm and i passed out almost immediately. As the nurse wondered what was wrong with him.

Damian: dera plsss wait dont get mad plsss this all my fault.
Dera: its not your fault is mine, i was being to caring to someone who doesnt like me.
Damian: that not how it is dera, i told you his a pained kid, nothing he says should be taken seriously.
Dera: are you taking sides now??
Damian: no i dont want you to ever regret hanging out with me, it was all my fault, plsss stop being mad ok. He said touching her cheek.

Damian: bringing his lips forward to kiss her, she looked away slowly, dodging his lips.
Dera: i should probably just go.
Damian: just nodded in dissapointment, he wondered what those beautiful lips gonna feel like. His eyes followed her until she was out of sight.

I opened my eyes and it was dawn, whatever those crazy nurses gave me sure makes me feel great, i felt stronger. I stood up walked to the doctor’s office, i knew it would be in vain waiting for ricky, damian or sophia.
Doctor: woow you look fit today mr lucas.
Me: can i go now??
Doctor: yes after signing some papers.
I did the signing grabbed my stuff and was of to my dorm, i showered got dressed in my best, grabbed my bag and laptop. I was off to class though am late, i had a good reason. Soon i walked into the class.
Mr cornell: why are you late.
Me: just got discharged from the school hospital i said slowly in a low tune, really didnt want everyone hearing as all attention was focused on me.
Mr cornell: thats alright join the class plssss.
I walked in, i felt the gaze of a few people, i never look there direction to take note of them. Just walked straight to my seat at the back, soon lectures was over, i stayed behind as everyone vacated the hall. I really didnt care about what anybody think. Just then a thought came to my head. I grabbed my phone and called liz.
Liz; hello lucas
Me: plssss i really need your help this one time.
Liz: seriously hope this isnt gonna be hard.
Me: i doubt
Liz: bring it on baby
Me: the ceo of fadden could you help get her private line, contact or mail just anything.
Liz: uhmm whats with you and the lady anyway?? Dont tell me you are having a crush on her, shes way older than you.
Me: liz!!!!!
Liz: ok am on it i’d get back to you she said and hunged up
I thought of going to fadden myself, its really not gonna be easy to see her without and appointment, i really wanted to met her so badly. I was on net searching for just anything, i tried recalling back to anything that was gonna be useful.
Me: yes!!!! Dad’s friend dr charles he seemed like a nice man back then he got me chocolate bars and smoothie’s. He told me he was gonna take good care of mum and i could talk to her anytime. I was so lost in thought on how i was gonna get intouch with him.
Me: yes sophia!!! She’s his daughter am sure she would have something useful. I was still on my search on mum’s profile for over 30minutes, while i waited on liz for some goodnews before procceeding to my new plan. And soon my phone rang.
Me: hello liz plsss tell me you have a goodnews!!
Liz: uhmmm actually luke theres nothing here.
Me: was silent for a while, as i nodded to myself.
Liz: are you alright.
Me: yeah thanks so much. I grabbed my stuffs and my bag and was out insearch of sophia, i looked around the hand ball, the basket ball and wheeeew no sign of her. I went to the cafeteria, to look for her, still no luck. I decided to have something to eat before going to the ladies dorm, for the first time since my arrival in college. I was done with the food i walked into the dorm, i had no idea how to find her room luckily i bumped into her.

People will begin to ask questions, I sold all the jewelry Femi bought for me since we got married.
